To create and run your account, MyCasePrep stores your name and email. Email sign-ups also store a securely hashed password. If you sign in with Google, MyCasePrep receives your name, email, and profile photo - never your Google password. Saved practice data can include case details, interview transcripts, scores, duration, hints, and usage history.
MyCasePrep does not sell or rent your personal data or share it for third-party advertising. Necessary service providers help operate hosting, database, authentication, and AI features. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics and Amplitude receive limited usage events, but never names, emails, prompts, answers, or transcripts. Data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS.
Case prompts and responses are sent to third-party AI providers to conduct interviews and generate feedback and dimensional scores. MyCasePrep does not train its own models on your transcripts. AI providers process submitted content under their own service terms, so avoid including sensitive personal information that is not needed for case practice.
From Settings, you can download your account profile, usage data, and saved practice sessions. You can also permanently delete your account, saved sessions, and usage record immediately after confirming your email. Messages submitted through the separate feedback form are not part of this export and may be retained as support records.
